Des critiques portant sur la taille du carnet de prise en charge ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 prises en compte dans les nouveaux carnets de soins.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Depuis 2012, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 attentifs \u00e0 nos clients, prescripteurs, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, employeurs et assujettis qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de nos services et avons recueilli leurs plaintes concernant notamment la lourdeur de nos quatre carnets. Rapidement une r\u00e9ponse a \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9e par la r\u00e9duction du nombre de pages. A ce jour, dans une approche participative de toutes ces couches impliqu\u00e9es dans notre chaine, nous sommes arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 mettre sur pied deux carnets avec des feuillets d\u00e9tachables afin de faciliter les transactions.
