Un accent particulier sera \u00e9galement mis sur le bio afin de garantir une sant\u00e9 et un \u00e9quilibre des consommateurs<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1109\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/site\/228news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/photo_2017-05-11_17-54-24-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>\u00ab\u00a0Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement que nous lan\u00e7ons aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est la cuisine togolaise qui est c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e en ce jour. Maintenant plus que jamais, il devient imp\u00e9rieux d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 allier le bien cuisiner et le bien manger. Cela implique que nous devons d\u00e9sormais apprendre \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer nos mets avec des produits du terroir et qui sont cultiv\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on naturelle.\u00a0\u00bb, a confi\u00e9 M. Awossou Komlan, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019AJPHT.<\/p>\n<p>Le concours proprement dit se d\u00e9roulera les 12, 13 et 14 mai au bar restaurant \u00ab\u00a0Etoile de l&rsquo;aurore\u00a0\u00bb et, \u00e0 en croire Mme Assogba-Nougbolo Ahouefa, charg\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019organisation du concours, sera l\u2019occasion de voir des jeunes cuisiniers Togolais \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre et rivaliser d\u2019ardeur afin de pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 un jury des mets authentiquement togolais.
