Cette proposition de loi, faite par le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Assan S\u00e9ibou de la mouvance pr\u00e9sidentielle, a \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du processus de r\u00e9vision, apr\u00e8s l\u2019accord de la Commission des lois.<\/p>\n<p>Il fallait plus de 82 voix pour obtenir la prise la compte de la proposition de loi portant r\u00e9vision de la constitution. Mais sur les 108 d\u00e9put\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, 71 ont donn\u00e9 leur quitus. 35 d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont dit cat\u00e9goriquement non et 2 d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont vot\u00e9 abstention. La proposition de loi sera dont pas prise en compte.\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e a d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 et rejet\u00e9 la prise en consid\u00e9ration de la proposition de loi portant r\u00e9vision de la\u00a0Constitution du B\u00e9nin\u00ab\u00a0, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le Pr\u00e9sident du Parlement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel,  dans le camp de la mouvance pr\u00e9sidentielle, certains d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont publiquement vot\u00e9 contre la r\u00e9vision constitutionnelle.
